Adjectives are quite rare as a base for forming a verb with the suffix -ig. Examples are fêstfixed > fêstigjeto settle and reinclean > reinigjeto clean. Other formations are prefixed, as be-wissigjeto ascertain, from wiscertain and next to converted bewisje. In one case, the same suffix also takes a numeral base. A nominal base is more frequent, however.
