The content noun does not determine agreement on the verb in the presence of a noun of exact quantity:

Example 1

a. *Wêr binne de kilo flikken?
where are.PL the kilo.SG chocolate.drops
Where is the kilo of chocolate drops?
b. Wêr is de kilo flikken?
where is.SG the kilo.SG chocolate.drops

However, the content noun does determine agreement in case it follows quantifiers of low or high quantity:

Example 2

a. In pear bern laken
a few.SG children.PL laughed.PL
A few children laughed
b. In soad bern laken
a lot.SG children.PL laughed.PL
