Modification and agreement of the content noun in the partitive measure noun construction

The content noun following a measure noun has the following possibilities of modification: it may be modified by adjectives, it may not be modified by a quantifier and it may not be modified by a demonstrative.

The content noun in the referential partitive construction determines or fails to determine agreement on the verb depending on the type of measure noun.
